The new homepage has been redesigned from the ground up to be fast and give you easy access to important information quickly and easily.
It is broken up into different sections or panels as follows:
- Welcome Section
- Shortcuts section
- System Status section
- Announcements section
- Security Score section
- Product Updates section
- Latest knowledgebase articles section
- Recently active users section
- Learning Hub section
Welcome Section
The first section you are greeted with is the welcome section.
Here you have access to Search Everywhere, StoreFeeder Messages, Settings and your Account Details along the top bar.
Clicking on the messages button will give you access to your standard StoreFeeder messages
Settings will take you to our new Settings page
And the Account button to your account
In the main section under your greeting you then have info panels about your orders and products which you can click on to take you to the relevant pages.
Shortcuts section
Moving onto the next section you will see a few shortcuts to the most common pages.
System Status section
After this you will see our System Status section, if there are any issues with StoreFeeder or supported integrations you will see an indication of what is happening at that time. Clicking on this will take you to our status page which explains in greater detail the issues at hand if any.
Announcements section
Next to here, you will see a new section for a different type of message. Here we will put important announcements such as in the example below changes to our support hours. Or advanced notice of any changes to StoreFeeder functionality so it doesn’t catch you by surprise. We have separated these from normal messages to improve communication to our users.
Clicking on the message will expand it to show more details and from there you have the option to delete it so it doesn’t appear in your list.
Security score section
Next we move onto another new section showing your accounts security score. This section will only be available to admins on your account. It will show you at a glance how secure we think your account is.
Clicking on Show more will expand this section to give you greater detail on how you can improve your score. This can be by activating MFA or by way of IP Restriction. Cleaning up old accounts or visiting accounts that may not have changed their password in some time.
You are able to click on View all users which will take you to our user management page where you can see on a per account basis all of this information.
Product Updates section
The next section we are going to look at is our Product Updates section. Here you can see our most recent product update articles. This is how you can find out what we have been doing each month and maybe find out about a new feature that will be useful to you.
Clicking Read more on the article will take you to the relevant article and clicking See more articles will take you to our updates page where you can see them all.
Latest knowledgebase articles section
Next we move onto our Latest knowledgebase articles section. Again this section will show you the most recently created or updated KB’s. Clicking on each one will take you directly to the KB and clicking View all knowledgebase articles will take you to our support page where you are able to search for help.
Recently active users section
Next we move onto another new section where we show you details of Recently active users. This will show you a few of the most recent logins. If a user is currently active then they will have a green dot on their user bubble.
Learning Hub section
Finally we move onto our Learning Hub, this is where we will post articles from our blog where you can pick up some hints and tips and keep up to date with the world of e-commerce and StoreFeeder. Much like the updates section you can click on an article to go directly to it or click See more articles for the complete list.
That wraps up our run-through of the new homepage. We will always be looking to improve this page and adding new content so please make sure you check it regularly for important information.

Will this same look be pushed to all areas of Storefeeder? I definitely got too excited for this homepage lol.
Hi,
thanks for the feedback. Yes this look and feel is being rolled out to all areas of StoreFeeder. You can expect some more pages in the coming weeks. In the meantime you can also see new versions of the settings page, customers page and exchange rates page.
Thanks,
SF
