How to Integrate with Mirakl

This guide details how to integrate your Mirakl marketplace with StoreFeeder. There are many eCommerce marketplaces hosted by Mirakl, and each must be a separate integration.

Mirakl integration enables you to:

• Create product listings
• Download your Mirakl orders
• Pick, pack and despatch orders
• Send tracking information to Mirakl
• Update and synchronise inventory

Integrating StoreFeeder with your Mirakl marketplace is a simple process. Just follow the instructions below and you should be up and running in no time.

Step 1.

First, sign into StoreFeeder using your login details. You will then be brought to the 'Dashboard' and will see a yellow bar  at the top of the page indicating that you have sales channels that have not been tested. To begin the integration, click on the link in the yellow bar .

If this yellow bar doesn't appear on your dashboard then look to the top right of the page for 'Settings' then click 'Your Integrations'.

Step 2.

You will now see the 'Integration Manager' page and a list of all of your channels. To integrate your Mirakl channel, click on 'Edit/View Integration' . If Amazon does not already appear on this list then you will need to set up a new integration for it; you can do this by clicking the green button marked '+ New Integration' . Both options have been circled in the picture below:

Step 3.

If you are editing an already existing integration, you can skip this step.

If you are creating a new integration you will then be greeted by the following screens where you will need to pick the circled options.

You will then be asked to input a name for the integration and if you wish to extend permissions to all users on your account. Once you have finished, click the '+Add Integration' to proceed.

Step 4.

Once you have created the integration you will need to retrieve your Mirakl Store API URL. So for now, leave everything as it is on StoreFeeder, head over to your Mirakl account and sign in.

On your Mirakl store's dashboard look to the top right and click on your username/e-mail address to access your 'User Settings'.

From here, click on the 'API Key' tab on the navigation bar.

You'll now be on an API Key generator page. If there is already a key here, then copy it to your clipboard. If there is not, then click 'Generate a new key' and copy the freshly generated code to your clipboard.

Step 5.

Now return to StoreFeeder where you should still have the 'Mirakl - Integration Details' page open. Simply choose which marketplace you are using and paste the API Key you retrieved a moment ago in the box shown below.

Once you have done this you are ready to test the connection. We have a test connection button that you can use to test if StoreFeeder can connect to the API URL provided. If the connection fails, please double check your details and retry.

Congratulations! Your Mirakl account and your StoreFeeder account are now integrated.
