The 'Default Order Export Template' in StoreFeeder allows you to set a custom definition when exporting order information on the manage orders page.
From the 'Settings' page, click on 'Export Configuration' and then 'Order Export' from the menu on the left side of the page.
You will now see the 'Default Order Export' page. By default, no template will be set up.
You can set the 'Export Delimiter' (comma delimited by default) and if you want to 'Export Headers' for the file.
To add lines to the export, click the 'Add New' button as circled in the image below.
To add the export information for the new line, first select a 'Token' from the drop down menu. This will show the corresponding information in StoreFeeder for the order.
The 'Field Alias' is used as the column header for that token.
You can also set the 'Display Order' by entering the row number you wish for the information to appear on.
Finally, to delete a line, click the 'Delete' button on the row you want to remove.
Once you have completed your default order export definition, click the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page to complete the process.
This export definition will now be used when exporting orders.
For a full list of available order export tokens please see the Default Order Export Tokens knowledgebase.
