This is likely due to an expired eBay token, for security reasons eBay requires you to refresh your stores connection with any 3rd party integrators periodically you can do this by following the steps:If you go into Settings -> then press edit/view integration against your ebay channel and then double click where it says channel linked to ebay
This should take you through to eBay where you will have to log in and authorize the connection to StoreFeeder.
International eBay Orders
If you have international eBay channels set up and your orders are not importing, you may need to set up a dedicated channel for that locale. You do this is the same way you set up your existing UK integration, please see the following knowledgebase if you are unsure. (Knowledgebase found here)
Once created and configured you may need to wait for up to 30 minutes before your orders start to appear in StoreFeeder. If experience problems creating a new integration or your orders are still not importing after 30 minutes, please raise a support ticket and we'll be happy to take a look.
