What are Default Value Profiles?
Creating eBay listings can be a repetitive task when you are creating many listings for similar products. StoreFeeder has a feature that makes this much less of a chore, by allowing you to create listing default profiles that will pre-populate many of the fields when you are creating a new listing. Multiple profiles can be set up to cater to the different sorts of products that you wish to list.
First click on 'Settings' in the top right of the screen.
You will then be taken to the 'Integration Manager' page. Here click on 'Edit/View Integration' on the eBay integration you wish to change.
To create a new profile, select 'New Default Values' from the top right of the screen. The new profile page contains many of the fields used to create a new eBay listing, including Categories, Shipping Methods and which listing template to use.
Enter the information you want to pre-populate a listing with and choose a suitable name for the Profile at the top of the page. Once you are finished, select 'Save' from the bottom right of the screen to save the profile. You can also delete it by selecting 'Delete' from the top right of the page.
You can edit any of your pre-existing profiles at any time from the main profile page.

How do I use Default Profiles?
When you come to create a new eBay listing, a drop down box will appear in the top right of the page. From this drop-down box, you can choose what profile you wish to apply to that listing, and it will populate the listing fields with the information in that profile.
