What is an Unrecognised Order?

An unrecognised order is an order that contains a product SKU that is not currently in StoreFeeder. These orders will be highlighted in pink on the Orders page as shown below.

To change an order status to recognised, you will need to create a product from your listings or map your listings to an existing product. Information on how to map products can be found here.
