What does it mean?: This error message means that one of the images your are trying to submit to eBay does not meet their requirements on image size. The image must either be bigger than 500x500 pixels or the longest side of the image must be greater than 500 pixels.

How do I fix it?: You can check the size of your images by going to the 'Image' tab on your product. Under each image, the size in pixels is displayed. If the image is smaller than that which meets eBay's policy, the size will be flagged in red. You will need to delete this image and reupload one that is greater than the specified size.

Once this is done, click the 'Save and Upload' button on the eBay listings page to send the listing live.
