Amazon Seller Central

On Amazon seller central you can view your FBA stock under Inventory Manage FBA Inventory.

Storefeeder currently supports 3 scenarios for FBA

Scenario A – Download FBA orders

Scenario B – Send orders (eBay – Magento) from SF to Amazon for fulfilment when there is available stock on Amazon

Scenario C – Send orders (eBay - Magneto) from SF to Amazon when there is available stock on Amazon and flip the product to warehouse fulfilment when quantity at Amazon's warehouse is depleted (Auto Flip)

Scenario A - Download FBA Orders

For this scenario the only thing you need to set on the account is the FBA flag on your Amazon integration page. When this flag is true then Storefeeder will download any orders that Amazon fulfils and change the status to fulfilled by Amazon.

They also need to set any products that Amazon fulfils as FBA on the amazon listing page.

Scenario B & C - Send Orders From StoreFeeder to Amazon fulfilment when there is available stock and Auto Flip

For this scenario a clients needs to create an Amazon fulfilment warehouse in Storefeeder. They can do this under 'Settings > Warehouse Management > Your Warehouses'. An account can only have one Amazon fulfillment warehouse.

Set a FBA Product in StoreFeeder

  • Select FBA on the Amazon listing page
  • On the general product view, change the warehouse to the Amazon fulfillment warehouse.
  • Add Amazon FBA supplier (This is a supplier that SF create on the integration page when you select Amazon FBA) and set the supplier stock level (the qty that is available on Amazon). Set the priority to 0 for Amazon supplier.
  • Currently StoreFeeder only Supports 'FBA > Warehouse Fulfillment' and Back. This means that if you have stock on both Amazon and your warehouse SF will use Amazon’s as a priority.
