Issue:  eBay listing is not displaying a thumbnail image on the eBay listings page.

Solution:

This is likely to have occurred on variation products when no image has been assigned to 'all' variations.

Go to the 'Products' page, find the product in question and click on the link to edit it.

From the menu on the left-hand side of the page, select 'Images' to view the list of images associated with the product.

To the right of each image you will see a drop down list. This list allows you to specify which image relates to which variant so that the appropriate image will display on channel when the customer selects a variant.

In order to have a thumbnail image display next to your listings on the eBay listings page, you will need to ensure that you have an image with the 'All' value selected in the drop down list.  If you do not have an image assigned to 'All' eBay will not know which image to use for the thumbnail and consequently will not use any image.

You may need to add a new image to use as the 'All' image.  This can be done by clicking '+New Image' on the 'Images' page.

Once you have an image assigned to 'All' variants you will need to go to the 'Listing' page for that product and click 'Save & Upload' to update the listing.

eBay generates a thumbnail from the provided image and this process may take a few minutes to occur for your listing.
