Our Flubit integration enables you to:

  • Download your Flubit Orders
  • Mark orders as despatched on Flubit and notify customers
  • Update and synchronise your Flubit inventory from StoreFeeder
  • Import any listing created on Flubit into StoreFeeder
  • Create product listings on Flubit

To add a Flubit integration to your StoreFeeder account, first go to 'Settings'...

...and then click the 'New Integration' button.

Select 'MarketPlace' from the list of integration types...

...and then select 'Flubit' from the new integration list.

You will now need to set the channel profile information. Enter a 'Profile Name' and select whether you would like to 'Grant permissions to all existing users' or not.

To add the channel, click the 'Add Integration' button.

You will now need to link your Flubit account with StoreFeeder. To do this you will need your 'API Key' and 'Secret Key'. These codes will be created for you once you have registered your account at WeFlubit. Enter this information into the relevant fields. You also have the option to select if these details relate to a 'Test Account' or not.

By default the "Use Test Account" option will be turned on, however if you do not have test account details, then this will need to be turned off before any features will work.

Once you have entered the relevant information into the API Key fields, click the 'Test Connection' button. You will see a green tick if the connection to Flubit has been successful.

If you see an error message after testing please check the details you have entered. If they are correct try changing the 'Use Test Account' switch to see if this is causing the issue.

Click the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page complete the installation.

For information on the 'Channel Settings' found at the bottom of your Rakuten integration page, please see the Integration Channel Settings Explained knowledgebase.

If you are unsure which options you may require, you can leave them all to off for the moment and you can come back to this page any time to amend them.
