Reassign Pickers

There may be occasions where you will need to reassign the orders in a pickwave to a different picker. There may be next day delivery products that require special attention, a picker may have to leave part way through a shift, etc.

Please note that this feature is only available to admin users.

To reassign orders to another picker, navigate to ('Warehouse'>'Picking'>'Open Pickwaves'), and select the pickwave ID of the pickwave containing the orders you would like to reassign. 

Use the check boxes by each order line to select the orders you would like to reassign, and select 'Reassign Picker' from the drop down box.

Click 'Confirm'.

A window will appear with a drop down box containing your full list of pickers. Select the new picker, and click the 'Reassign Picker' button to complete the process. 

If you reassign every order in the pickwave, the pickwave ID will remain the same, and the picker will change. If you select only some of the orders, those orders will be moved into a newly created pickwave with a new pickwave ID. The new ID will be displayed in a green success message at the top of the page.
