How to Integrate with OnBuy

This guide details how to integrate your OnBuy marketplace account with StoreFeeder.

Firstly, navigate to ('Settings'>'Integrations'>'Integrations Manager'), and then click the '+ New Integration' button at the top right of the page:


A pop up window will appear. Select 'Marketplaces'.

Next, select 'OnBuy' from the provided options.

You will then be asked to input your Company identity, and select if you wish to extend permissions to all users on your account. Click the '+Add Integration' to proceed.

On the following page, you will be presented with several required fields and options to complete before you can integrate your OnBuy marketplace:

Integration Profile settings:

Profile Name: The name of your integration within StoreFeeder

Active: Switch this to 'On' to activate your integration. it is recommended to leave this until every other option has been completed.

Company Identity: use this Drop Down box to select your company identity from your list.


Link your OnBuy Account settings:

Seller ID: Your Seller ID assigned to you by OnBuy

Consumer & Secret Key: The keys of your OnBuy Marketplace. You can find them within your OnBuy seller panel


Required details can be found in your OnBuy Seller Control Panel under:

Listing & Products > Imports & Integrations > Integrate with the OnBuy API



Scroll down the page for further setting and options:

Order Processing settings:

Import Orders: Switch this to 'On' when you are ready to import your orders into StoreFeeder.

Send Despatch Notifications: This option when set to 'On' will automatically mark your OnBuy orders as despatched once they are processed.

Merge Orders: When set to 'On', this option will combine orders from the same customer that have the same shipping method into a single order.

Stock Management Orders (not supported at the moment):

Listing Inventory Updates: Select 'On' to automatically update your product quantity of your OnBuy listings based on your product inventory in StoreFeeder.

Update Listing Prices: Select 'On' to automatically update your OnBuy listings with your current product prices in StoreFeeder.

Automatic Listings Download: Select 'On' to download your listings into StoreFeeder automatically.

Upload Listings: Select 'On' to upload your listings to OnBuy automatically

Misc settings:

Currency: Select from different curriencies from the list.

Calculate Shipping Tax: Select 'On' form StoreFeeder to automatically calculate your shipping tax based on your product data.


When you have changed all your settings appropriately, scroll back up to the top of the page and set the 'Active' switch to 'On' to connecty your channel and begin processing your orders.
