By using StoreFeeder for Magento channel integration you can manage your Magento, eBay, Amazon, Play and many more channels in one place. Integration lets you;
How to setup your Magento Channel Integration
To create the integration within StoreFeeder, first click on 'Settings'.
Then, on the 'Integrations Manager' page, click the 'New Integration' button.
Select your 'Integration Type', in this case it is a 'Webstore' as shown in the image below.
As you are setting up a Magento Integration, select the 'Magento' option from the list of 'Ecommerce Solutions'.
Now you will need to 'Set up Your Profile'. Enter your 'Profile Name' in the appropriate field and select if you would like to 'Grant permissions to all existing users'.
To create the profile, click the 'Add Integration' button.
In order to grant StoreFeeder permission to integrate with your Magento store you will need to create an API user from within the Magento admin. The following steps will talk you through how to set this up and the information that we need.
Log in to your Magento admin
Once you're logged in to your admin screen, navigate to 'Systems > Web Services > Users' from the main menu.
Add a new user
From the Users screen, you'll need to select the 'add new user' button (top right) and fill out the form as shown in image (b). The API key is your password so pick something secure, we'll need both the username and API key to connect StoreFeeder.
Once you have saved this you'll then need to create a 'Role' which will be assigned to the user later. You can do this by navigating to 'Systems > Web Services > Roles' from the main menu.
Add a new role
From the Roles screen, you'll need to select the 'Add New Role' button (top right). Call this new role StoreFeeder.
Setup 'role resources'
Still on the 'Roles' screen, select 'Role Resources' from the left hand side menu. Select 'All' from the resource access dropdown, this will set up the permission level for StoreFeeder.
Once you have saved this you'll then need to assign this 'Role' to the user you created in step (b). You can do this by navigating back to 'Systems > Web Services > Users' from the main menu.
Assign the StoreFeeder role
Once you're back in the Users screen, select the user from the table then User Role from the left hand side menu. Next check the radio button next to the StoreFeeder role and save the user.
You will now need your API username and API key from step (b).
Enter the address of your website into the 'Magento Website Address' field and select your 'Magento API Type'. Now put your 'API Username' in the 'StoreFeeder User Name' field and enter your 'API Key' in the 'StoreFeeder API Key' field.
Now scroll down the page and click 'Save'.
Click on the 'Advanced Channel Settings' tab on the left of the page.
Before listings can be imported into StoreFeeder, you will need to add a 'Main Store ID' and a 'Store View ID'.
Click the 'Save' button to complete the integration.
