Get email notifications for low stock volumes

You can set email updates for when your products go out-of-stock or if they hit a specific limit that you want to be informed of on StoreFeeder.

The first step is to go to the specific listing you’re looking for. On simple listings, you want to find the general page and look for ‘out of stock threshold’ and set a figure in this box.

For variant listings, open the variants page on the listing and look for your specific variant, you then want to click on the cog symbol on the right-hand side of the variant.

Once clicked on you’ll see the option to set out of stock.

Once you’ve set the out-of-stock threshold you need to head over to the product supplier which is under the products page then click on edit/view supplier.

You can then set the email addresses for alerts to go to in the ‘comma delimited email addresses to send to’ field.

You also have the option to configure:

• Minimum order value
• Send email when product below reorder level.
• Send email when product below out of stock threshold.
• Include products equal to reorder level.
• Exclude out of stock products with zero manual reorder level.

You’ll now be getting updates for when the stock goes below the limits set.
