Error: HS code is invalid

If you're despatching orders via DPD and you get this error:

HS code is invalid - consignment.parcel.parcelProduct.productHarmonisedCode

We recommend you check each of the products on the order and ensure they have a valid HS code.

The HS Code should be 8 digits long and should display as valid and in date on the government website (you can add the HS code you want to check on the end of the following URL):
