Integration Channel Settings Explained

Import Orders

If this setting is switched ‘ON’ then StoreFeeder will import orders placed on your marketplace or webstore. If the setting is switched 'OFF' then orders will not be imported into StoreFeeder. Please note: that if this setting is turned off for a period of time and then turned on again StoreFeeder will only import orders which are in the correct status and will ignore any other orders which may have been processed during the downtime.

Send Despatch Notifications

If this setting is switched ‘ON’ then shipping updates will be sent to your channel once an order has been marked as ‘Despatched’ in StoreFeeder. StoreFeeder will only send shipping updates at the point of despatch so turning this on if it was previously off will not retroactively send shipping updates.

Ignore Channel Tax

If this setting is 'ON' then the tax information that is reported by the channel on the orders when they are imported will be ignored. The tax on the order will be calculated based on the tax information you have set up on the ordered product in StoreFeeder. If this option is 'OFF' then we will use the tax values which are displayed on channel and StoreFeeder will do no calculation.

Merge Orders

If this setting is 'ON' then StoreFeeder will merge imported orders that have the same address. The orders must also be from the same channel, use the same shipping method and have the same order status. Please note: StoreFeeder will not retroactively merge orders, if you need to merge orders that are already within StoreFeeder this setting will need to be turned 'ON' and then the orders will need to be redownloaded.

Listing Inventory Updates

If this setting is switched ‘ON’ StoreFeeder will control stock on the channel (for listings where Listing Controlled by Storefeeder is set to ‘YES’) and update inventory figures on the channel to keep them in line with your inventory levels in StoreFeeder. If you manually change your inventory on your website or marketplace this will need to be mirrored in StoreFeeder as the next time an inventory update is pushed we will set it to the value within StoreFeeder again. This means if you handle returns via your own website then you may need to manually add stock to StoreFeeder.

Update Listing Prices

If this setting is switched ‘ON’ then changes to listings prices in StoreFeeder will be set up to your channel, changing the selling price on your marketplace or webstore. With this setting 'OFF' you will have to change the price on your marketplace or channel.

Automatic Listing Download

If this setting is switched ‘ON’ then products created on your channel will automatically be downloaded into StoreFeeder. You can then map these downloaded listings to products in StoreFeeder or create new products from these listings. These listings will need to be mapped and changes made within StoreFeeder before we will update any listings.

Download Listing Now Button

This button will trigger StoreFeeder to download all listings that are not in StoreFeeder for that channel. It can take up to 20 minutes for the listings to appear in the system.

Upload Listings

If this setting is switched on,  StoreFeeder will make changes to your listing content for that channel. Any new listings created in StoreFeeder, or any changes made to existing listings in bulk will be uploaded.  You will still be able to update individual listings if required from the listing detail page by choosing "Save And Upload" when finished.

Currency

You can set the currency you would like to be applied to this channel. If the currency selected is different from your account currency or the currency on your marketplace or webstore, then prices will be converted between the channel currency and your account or marketplace/webstore currency.
