Parcelforce services are now available through your Royal Mail integration.

What You’ll Need to Do
- Add New Shipping Methods
- Log in to StoreFeeder.
- Navigate to your Royal Mail integration settings.
- Add new shipping methods for the Parcelforce services that have now appeared.
When creating new Shipping Methods, you need to make sure that you select 'Parcelforce' or 'All Brands' from the Services drop-down menu on the new Shipping Method.
This will let you see your Parcelforce services if you select Parcelforce or all your services if you select All Brands.
2. Update Your Shipping Rules
- Adjust your existing shipping rules to use the newly added Parcelforce methods.
- This will ensure orders are dispatched using the correct services.
3. Remove the Old Integration (Optional)
- Since Parcelforce services will now be managed under Royal Mail, you may choose to remove the old, separate Parcelforce integration (if no longer needed).
