Setting up an Amazon Buy Shipping Integration
This page will help you set up an integration for Amazon Buy Shipping within StoreFeeder
Before you can ship orders using Amazon Buy Shipping, you will need to login to your Amazon Seller account and agree to the Amazon terms and conditions which can be found here:
https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/buy-shipping/terms-and-conditions
You can find assistance with this on Seller Central:
https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/external/G201950090?language=en_GB
Additionally, we recommend doing smaller pickwaves for buy shipping orders due to restrictions with amazon API. We typically recommend around 20 orders per pickwave.
Integrating StoreFeeder with Amazon Buy Shipping as one of your couriers is a simple process. Just follow the instructions below and you should be up and running in no time.
Product Setup
You will need to add packaging size dimensions to your packaging sizes in StoreFeeder as well as ensuring that all of your products have packaging sizes assigned to them.
To add the packaging size dimensions, go to Settings>Shipping Configuration>Packaging Sizes and enter the packaging dimensions in millimeters into the 'Height', 'Width' and 'Length' fields as shown in the image below. You will need to add dimensions to all existing packaging sizes that you will be using to ship orders through Amazon Buy Shipping.
If you do not have packaging sizes set against your products, you will need to add one to every product that will be shipped via Amazon Buy Shipping. You can add packaging sizes to products individually by clicking 'Edit' on a product and then the 'Additional Information' tab. In the 'Size & Shipping Details' section, you can select the packaging size and enter the packaging quantity. For more information on packaging sizes, see this knowledgebase.
The packaging sizes can be added to your products in bulk using the Product Import / Export Feature.

Click the 'Save' button once you have added this information.
Shipping Method and Shipping Rules Setup
Now that the integration is active in StoreFeeder, you will need to add the shipping methods and shipping rules which will be applied to orders from Amazon Buy Shipping.
You will need to add shipping methods, with the service code of Amazon Buy Shipping service you want to use, we have provided a dropdown list of the most common services for you to choose from. If this is left blank we will automatically choose the cheapest service returned by Amazon that is valid for your account.
You do also have the ability to force a certain service by choosing it in the dropdown, care should be taken here as if the service doesn't meet Amazons PDD then you will get a "No Eligible Services" message and you may have to change the shipping method on the order to despatch.
If the service does have tracking and/or signature, you are able to select those options using the Delivery Experience dropdown.
This list is not complete so you also have the ability to type in your own service code. We will update the services below as they come up and if they are common enough they will be added to the dropdown.
The below services are for using Amazon Logistics themselves as the courier:
UK Next - prime-premium-uk-mfn
UK Second - econ-uk-mfn
To add the shipping method first go to Settings>Shipping Configuration>Shipping Methods and click on the 'New Shipping Method' button.
Select 'Amazon Buy Shipping' from your list of couriers...
...and select 'Courier API' as the shipping format.
Enter a 'Profile Name' and a 'Shipping Cost' for the shipping method then click the 'Add Shipping Method' button.
You will see the 'Edit Shipping Methods' page. You will need to enter the service code you will be using into the 'Service Code' field and click the 'Save' button.
Now that you have created your shipping methods, you will need to create shipping rules in StoreFeeder that will direct orders to be shipped with Amazon Buy Shipping.
The following knowledgebase article will help you with creating new shipping rules or altering existing rules.
You can use the Shipping Rule Tester to check that your rules are affecting the orders that you want them to.
StoreFeeder is now ready to begin processing Amazon Buy Shipping orders and the postage paid label will be produced for you at the point of despatch.
