Additional notes saved by your stored products in StoreFeeder can be displayed on your Purchase Orders. This could contain additional instructions for your pickers/packers, or reminders for your suppliers.
To add notes to your product, navigate to ('Products'>'Manage Products'), and filter for or select the product you wish to add notes to.
However over the SKU and click and click 'View/Edit':
On the 'Manage products' page, click 'Notes':
You will be presented with any existing notes already saved on that particular product, if any. To create a new one, click the '+New Note' button:
A popup window will appear where you can type in your note, along with two additional options:
Apply note to Picker instructions when ordered: Check this box if you wish to include this note alongside the product on all printed Picking notes containing the product
Apply note to Purchase orders: Check this box if you wish to include this note alongside the product on Purchase Orders
Click the 'Save' button when finished.
With the option checked, you will be able to view your notes on your purchase orders that contain that product.

To view your Purchase Orders, navigate to ('Products'>'Purchase Orders'),
and click the '+New Purchase Order' button.
When you add the product to the Purchase Order, A product notes icon will be visible, as circled:
Please note that if you wish for your product notes to appear on your Purchase Order paperwork, you will need to contact our support team who will be able to set this up for you.
