When despatching, pre-despatching or pre-generating labels through StoreFeeder for Parcelforce, if a carrier label prints with the message "Router Label Required", it means that the API to the delivery partner has failed.
In some circumstances Parcelforce use their delivery partner GLS to deliver the parcels in the destination country.
When requesting Parcelforce labels, StoreFeeder is making an API call to Parcelforce who are then making an API call to GLS to produce a GLS router label.
If that call fails, then Parcelforce will return a label stating "Router Label Required".
There is nothing extra that needs to be done with the order in StoreFeeder, it is still able to be sent.
All that needs to be done is to make sure that both labels printed are put onto the package, Parcelforce will then deal with it on their end.
