Tracking not uploading and orders not Dispatching on eBay?

Symptom
Tracking numbers aren't uploading to ebay and orders aren't dispatching even though dispatch is completing correctly in StoreFeeder.

Cause
eBay have a new API, and dispatch/tracking number uploads now go through the new API. If your account was only ever linked using the original "Link your eBay account" connection, or if that new-API link has expired/been revoked on eBay's side, dispatch uploads will silently fail.

Fix

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > eBay and open the relevant channel.
2. Scroll to the "Link your eBay account (new API)" section (separate from the original "Link your eBay account" section above it).
3. Click through the link/authorize flow to (re)connect the account to eBay's new API.
4. Save the channel settings.
5. Re-dispatch a test order, or wait for the next scheduled tracking upload, and confirm the tracking number now appears on the eBay order.
