Symptom
Tracking numbers aren't uploading to ebay and orders aren't dispatching even though dispatch is completing correctly in StoreFeeder.
Cause
eBay have a new API, and dispatch/tracking number uploads now go through the new API. If your account was only ever linked using the original "Link your eBay account" connection, or if that new-API link has expired/been revoked on eBay's side, dispatch uploads will silently fail.
Fix
- Go to Settings > Integrations > eBay and open the relevant channel.
- Scroll to the "Link your eBay account (new API)" section (separate from the original "Link your eBay account" section above it).
- Click through the link/authorize flow to (re)connect the account to eBay's new API.
- Save the channel settings.
- Re-dispatch a test order, or wait for the next scheduled tracking upload, and confirm the tracking number now appears on the eBay order.
