Error Message: No services could be found for the specified item attributes and destination

One of the most common TDG Error messages we see is the following:

No services could be found for the specified item attributes and destination. If you need clarification, please call The Delivery Group on 020 7732 2000.

This error message appears if you try to use service codes that you do not currently have access to. To resolve you will need to contact The Delivery Group on 020 7732 2000 or use different service codes.
