How to Export Customers

If you're using the beta Customers page and can't find a way to export your customers, this article explains why and how to get your export.

Can I export customers from the beta Customers page?

No. Customer export isn't available on the beta Customers page. On the beta page, the actions for selected customers and the menu on each row only offer Delete.

Your customers aren't affected. The beta page and the standard page show the same customer records, and you can export them all from the standard page.

How do I switch to the standard Customers page?

  1. Go to Customers > Manage customers in the left-hand menu.
  2. Click the Beta page icon in the top bar.
  3. Turn the Beta page toggle off.

The standard Customers page opens, with an Export button in the toolbar above the grid. Follow How to Export Customers (legacy) to export your customers.

How do I go back to the beta page afterwards?

On the standard Customers page, turn on the toggle in the yellow banner at the top of the page. You can switch between the two versions as often as you like.
