If you've created a listing on Shopify and it's not importing the first thing to try is triggering the listing download to run. If you go into settings and then find your shopify integration and edit it you should find a "Download listings now button" under the stock management header:
This will trigger the listing download to run straight away rather than having to wait for it to run on it's normal cycle. (The job runs every 2 hours)
If you wait about 10 minutes after pressing this you should see any missing listings import.
If this doesn't work it may be that we imported the listing before it had a SKU assigned to it. To check for the listing in StoreFeeder if you first go to shopify and edit the product, you should be able to grab the shopify product ID from the URL of the page:
If you then search for that ID in the "channel identifier" field on the listings:
Hopefully this will bring up your listing - if you do find it this way we'd recommend redownloading the listing so we can import it with all the updated details.
If you still are unable to find the listing the last thing we'd recommending checking is whether the listing is marked as controlled by StoreFeeder. On the far right of the listings grid you should see a "Controlled by StoreFeeder" column, this is yes by default, if you set this to no you should any of your ignore listings:
You can bulk unignore any listings you find here if you want them to be controlled by StoreFeeder again.
