When booking in deliveries you will occasionally need to write off parts of the delivery due to factors such as it being missing or damaged.
In StoreFeeder we give you some of the common reasons you might need but we understand that we can't cover all requirements so you are able to set up your own write off reasons.
To set these up you need to head in to Settings first and then in to Misc and then select Delivery Write-Off Reasons.
When here you simply need to select New Delivery Write-Off Reason
In the pop up that appears, enter the reason you will to add and hit save
You will now see in the list your new reason. You are able to edit or delete using the links provided.
Now when booking in a delivery, your custom write-off reason will be available to choose.
