Amazon have made it compulsory for sellers using third party software like StoreFeeder, to either delete or anonymise customer data associated with Amazon orders after 30 days.
Therefore, any orders which are over 30 days old inside StoreFeeder will have the personal customer data removed.
The name and address details will show an 'N/A'
The postcode information remains for filtering and searching purposes, but all other information MUST be anonymised.
This has no affect on the order, or the stock allocations, it is purely a data protection policy enforced by Amazon.
If you need to get the data for any reason, you can click the 'Restore Amazon Data' button at the top of the order page and this will redownload the data for a short period.
