The Amazon Integration has settings that are only specific to Amazon channels.
Here is a breakdown of each setting:
Import Unpaid Orders
By default, StoreFeeder only imports orders that are in a status of complete, ready to pick (or the equivalent from whichever channel). We have the option to import unpaid orders because Amazon orders can remain unpaid for quite some time. With Amazon, all orders will have up to a 50-minute delay on import, even if you import unpaid orders, and this is because Amazon holds orders for up to 50 minutes before they release them for download via the API.
Fees exclusive of VAT
This option is only used by the Amazon repricer, and it's used just to calculate the referral fee on the listing. You can set the fee to be calculated inclusive or exclusive of VAT.
Upload Images To Amazon
This option allows us to upload images to Amazon.
Subscription Repricer
Not all customers will have access to this option, but those that do will find that this option is the first step towards setting up the Amazon repricer. We have a knowledge base here about setting up the repricer.
Remove Existing Images
If this setting is On, only images that are enabled on the listing in StoreFeeder will be visible on the product in Amazon. Turning this setting off may cause old or disabled images to remain visible on your Amazon listings.
Amazon Business
If this setting is enabled, Storefeeder can operate with Amazon Business. You would need to enroll for the Amazon Business within Seller Central first.
Amazon Delivery Experience
If this setting is on, StoreFeeder will import Amazon Delivery Experience details into the special instructions field on applicable orders
Send Customs Barcode instead of Tracking Number
This setting will cause StoreFeeder to submit the customs barcode instead of the normal tracking number generated by the courier.
Fulfilment by Amazon
This option is used to enable fulfilment by Amazon, if this is disabled, you would still be able to create listings as FBA but we would not import the orders into StoreFeeder so we would recommend enabling this. If you are using FBA on other channels, for example, if you were fulfilling eBay orders through Amazon, this option would need to be enabled.
Automatically retry Match & List upload
This setting will automatically retry submitting an Amazon Match & List listing using our basic upload process.
Please Note: This may remove data saved against your listing
Repricer Step
This repricer step will be used as the repricing set if you don't set it on your listing.
Send Royal Mail Delivery Handling Time
Certain Royal Mail services don't produce tracking numbers, like second-class services. They produce what is called a DCN (Delivery Confirmation Number), which only logs when the package is received and then delivered. Delivery confirmation numbers are slightly longer, and Amazon doesn't count them towards your Amazon VTR unless you have purchased the Royal Mail label via Amazon Logistics.
Use Amazon Default Handling Time
If this setting is on, StoreFeeder will not upload handling times for any of your listings, so that your Amazon default handling time is used.
Download Variant listings as Simple when the Parent listing is invalid
Sometimes, there are instances when the parent product can be made invalid by changes to Amazon policies. If you enable this setting. Storefeeder will import the children of those listings as simple listings should this happen, to prevent overselling.
