The first step is to go into your Amazon integration and turn on the repricer setting (this can be found under the 'Amazon Specific Settings').
Once that's done you can proceed with enabling the repricer on listings, it's recommended to test on a few listings to start with just to make sure everything is working as expected.
To enable the repricer on your listings and to set the repricer values there are two options. It can be done in bulk through a listing import or by going into the listing and editing the relevant fields.
Enabling the repricer on individual listings:
When you have the repricer enabled on your account if you go into an Amazon listing you'll be able to see the following (this appears towards the bottom of the main listing page just below the inventory type settings):
Enable Repricer - This option is fairly straight forward, turning this option on will enable the repricer for this listing.
Repricing Step - This tells us how we should reprice your listings, if you set it to 5p we would reprice in 5p increments, some customers prefer having prices at increments but most customers use a repricing step of 1p.
Minimum Price - This is the minimum price you want the listing to go to.
Maximum Price - This is the maximum price you want the listing to go to.
Include Shipping Price in Minimum - This option means that your shipping price will be included in your minimum so if you shipping would be £2 for this listing that would mean, with this option enabled, the listing price could go to £8 because the minimum price of the listing including shipping is £10.
Include Shipping Price in Maximum - Similar to the previous option except shipping is included in the maximum so again if shipping is £2 the maximum price the listing would go to would be £13 because the maximum price including shipping is £15.
If you are using the repricer on a variation listing it will use the settings on the parentif they are there and you've not set specific repricer settings for the variant.
If you want to set specific repricer settings on each variant through the UI you need to go to the variant tab on the listing
When in the variants tab you'll get a list of all your variants, if you press the cog to the right of the listing it will bring up a new window as below:
In this window you can go to the repricer tab and enter the repricer options you want for that specific listing
Enabling the repricer in bulk:
The repricer is quite easy to set up in bulk and it's the recommended way to enable the repricer for variant listings
To do this in bulk you need to make sure you export the following fields from your listings: Repricer Enabled, Repricer Minimum Price, Repricer Maximum Price and Repricing Step.
Repricer enabled will be false to start with, for any listings you want to enable the repricer for that just needs setting to 'true'. The other options will be filled in the same way you'd fill them in on the UI.
