Adding Channel Shipping Methods for Big Commerce and Shopify

Shipping methods for both 'Big Commerce' and 'Shopify' can be automatically imported from your webstore. Once you have set the shipping methods on channel, simply click the 'Import Channel Shipping Methods' button and it will automatically populate the page with all the shipping methods from your site.

You can also manually add Channel Shipping Methods using the 'Add' button if you wish.

When entering channel shipping methods manually, you will need to ensure that they match exactly to those on channel.

To delete any channel shipping methods you have added, click the 'Remove' button on the same line as the channel shipping method you wish to remove.

Adding Channel Shipping Methods for Flubit, Rakuten, Magento and Custom channels

For these channels you will need to manually add the channel shipping methods using the 'Add' button as circled in the image below.

When entering channel shipping methods manually, you will need to ensure that they match exactly to those on channel.

To delete any channel shipping methods you have added, click the 'Remove' button on the same line as the channel shipping method you wish to remove.
