To integrate your DX courier account with StoreFeeder, Navigate to ('Settings') and click the green 'New Integration' button. Then from the 'New Integration' window, click the 'Courier' icon:
From the list of couriers, select 'DX Express':
On the next window, you can rename the integration if you wish. When ready, click the 'Add Integration' button.
You will be directed to the 'Integration Details' page for DX Express.
Enter your API Username, API Password and DX Account Number. This information will be available in your DX account.
Click the 'Save' button. StoreFeeder will check your details with DX and download your UK services automatically. If you see 'Failed to authenticate, please check credentials', check your API Username, API Password and Account Number with DX and try again.
Importing additional services
If a service you need is missing from the services dropdown on the shipping method page (for example, services for deliveries outside the UK), use the 'Download Account Services' button. This button is only available once your details have been saved.
In the 'DX Express Service Code Importer' window, choose the 'Shipping Country' and enter a 'Shipping Postcode' for the destination you need services for, then click 'Import Services'. The services will then appear in the services dropdown on the shipping method page.
