Setting Stock Alert Emails for Suppliers

Setting up stock alert emails for a supplier is simple. Navigate to the suppliers page ('Products > Suppliers') then click 'Edit/View' next to the supplier you wish to set alerts for.

All you will then need to do is set the 'Send Email when Product Below Reorder Level' option to 'ON' and enter the email address(es) you want the alerts sent to in 'Comma Delimited Email Addresses To Send To' field.

This field is comma delimited so a comma and a space need to be entered between each email address.

e.g. email1@yourcompany.com, email2@yourcompany.com

You will now receive an alert for every product from this supplier that goes below the manual reorder level set for that product.
