By Amazon (FBA) can be used with StoreFeeder to both orders from your Amazon channel and orders from your eBay and any other sales channels.
What Is Fulfilment By Amazon?
By Amazon (FBA) is a service offered by Amazon allowing you to send them your stock, have them store it at their warehouse and when an order is placed for one of they pick, pack and dispatch the order for you. For more information visit the Amazon Services FBA Website.
There are three possible scenarios in which you can use FBA with StoreFeeder, Basic FBA, Fulfilment For Other Sales Channels via FBA and Autoflip Fulfilment For Other Sales Channels via FBA.
Scenario 1 - Basic FBA
Basic FBA will use Amazon to any order placed on your Amazon channel for your FBA listings. Orders will import into StoreFeeder with the status of 'Shipped By Amazon' and you will not need to process them. Any products using this scenario in StoreFeeder will need to be purely Fulfilled By Amazon.
First, you will need to turn 'Fulfilment By Amazon?' on in the Amazon Specific Settings section of your Amazon integration you will be using FBA with (Settings>Edit/View Integration).
Second, you will need to mark any Amazon listing in StoreFeeder as 'Fulfilled By Amazon' if it currently exists in the system as a merchant fulfilled listing. Any new FBA listing you create will automatically be marked as an FBA listing when it is imported into StoreFeeder.

Scenario 2 - Fulfilment For Other Sales Channels via FBA
Firstly, you will need to set up an Amazon FBA Warehouse. For information on how to add a new warehouse to StoreFeeder, please see the Adding a New Warehouse knowledgebase.
When you come to selecting the 'Warehouse Type' select 'Amazon Fulfilment'.
You will need to set the 'Amazon Fulfilment Settings' as shown in the image below.
Click the 'Save' button when you have finished.
Please note that a supplier of 'Amazon FBA' will be automatically added to any product with an FBA type listing.
When using this scenario, any FBA orders placed on Amazon will be fulfilled via FBA, but orders from other channels can be also sent to FBA to be fulfilled by them. However, your own stock will not be used when you run out of stock with Amazon, the listings will end and be unfulfillable.

You will need to add a 'Displayable Order Comment' to the order and you can select if you would like 'Send ship-complete notifications to your customers', which is recommended.
You will also need to select the shipping methods that relate to 'Standard', 'Expedited' and 'Priority' services.
Click the 'Save' button when you have finished.
You will need to set the 'Inventory Type' on non-Amazon listings that may be fulfilled by Amazon to either 'Inventory + Oversell + Priority Supplier Inventory' or 'Inventory + Oversell + Sum of Suppliers Inventory', depending on the priority of your FBA Supplier on the product for that listing.
Please note that a supplier of 'Amazon FBA' will be automatically added to any product with an FBA type listing.
Scenario 3 - Autoflip Fulfilment For Other Sales Channels via FBA
The third scenario for using Fulfilment By Amazon with StoreFeeder will orders in exactly the same way as scenario 2, but the inventory used for the listing will be flipped back to your own inventory if Amazon out of stock.
First, you will need to turn 'Fulfilment By Amazon' on in the Amazon Specific Settings section of your Amazon integration you will be using FBA with (Settings>Edit/View Integration).
Second, you will need to mark any Amazon listing in StoreFeeder as 'Fulfilled By Amazon' if it currently exists in the system as a merchant fulfilled listing. Any new FBA listing you create will automatically be marked as an FBA listing when it is imported into StoreFeeder.
