Error Message: Service destination does not support DDP

This error can apply to lots of different scenarios when you're shipping internationally so we'll cover the most common reasons below - if you order does not match any of the outlined scenarios below please reach back out to us!

My order is going to europe AND it IS an IOSS order (tax was taken at checkout, this will often be marketplace orders like ebay/amazon) 

• If the destination country is in this list: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden
  • Then you need to change the service you're using from a DDP service to a DDU service (e.g. MTK, MP7 etc)
• If the destination country is in list: Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Slovenia
  • Then as above you need to make sure you're using a DDU service AND you to ensure the allowed handling fees and delivery duty paid settings are off on your shipping method

• If the destination country is in this llist: Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Luxembourg      
  • If you are using a DDU service you must make sure the "is delivery duty paid allowed" and "allow additional handling fees to be paid" toggles are disabled. 
• If the destination country is in this llist: Belgium, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovenia
  • You must use a DDU service for these orders with no additional toggles enabled.

My order is going outside the EU

• You need to make sure you are using aDDU service and then also make sure the "is delivery duty paid allowed" and "allow additional handling fees to be paid" toggles are disabled
