Creating a Whistl shipping method

In order to use Whistl services and create shipping methods, you need to have a Whistl account and have integrated that account to StoreFeeder. please see https://support.storefeeder.com/hc/en-gb/articles/9132228796189-Setting-up-a-Whistl-Integration for more information.

Once your account is integrated, you can start to create shipping methods.

To do this, go to 'Settings > Shipping Configuration > Shipping Methods' and click the '+ New Shipping Method' button.

Select the 'Whistl' courier option.

Then select the 'Courier API' option.

Next, give you new shipping method a name and allocate a shipping cost to it. Then click '+ Add Shipping Method'.

The shipping method is now created and you can select the specific service you require from the 'Service Code' drop down list.

The usual options are available on the shipping method to 'Skip CN22 generation' and to change the settings for updating tracking to Amazon.

Once you are happy all is correct, simply click the 'Save' button and your shipping method is ready.

**Please note the following when creating shipping methods for Whistl International Services:
