A fairly common error we see for DPD orders is regarding the consignment.networkCode, as seen below:
Should you get this error message we’d recommend checking the postcode on the order is correct as the error message has been traced back to incorrect postcodes in most cases. It would be advisable to check the full address in Google Maps or something similar to ensure it’s valid.
Some of the issues we’ve seen are when a ‘0’ has been placed instead of an ‘O’ which can cause the error.
