On uploading/updating to WooCommerce, you may encounter the following error message - Failed to upload listing. Invalid or Duplicate SKU specified.
When we create WooCommerce listings we first create the parent SKU on channel then we upload the images. We then get a response back from the server with the listing ID of the parent so we can then list and attach the children to the parent ID. If there are a lot of images/variants or there is a server-side issue it can on occasion take longer than usual for WooCommerce to respond and the connection to the server is closed before we receive all the data. The connection is closed for security reasons as we can’t leave it open too long.
If you do get this error message we’d suggest getting the WooCommerce product ID from channel and inputting it manually on your listing here in the ‘WooCommerce product ID’ field:
Alternatively, if this doesn’t work you can finish off the listing in WooCommerce, delete in StoreFeeder and we’ll download it back into StoreFeeder for mapping.
