You may find when using StoreFeeder and returning orders that the default return options don't work for your company and you need more options.
It's possible to add your own customer order return reasons to get the level of detail your company needs.
To do this if you head to "Settings" >"Misc" > "Order Return Reasons":
And in the top right you'll have the option to add a new return reason.
In the box that opens you just need to fill in the new reason option you want and then press "Create"
Once created these return reasons will be immediately available as options when returning options.
You can edit and delete the custom return options at any point by the default return options cannot be removed.
