Within Storefeeder we have an EPOS system that allows you to scan products and print invoices.
For whatever reason you may wish to use a desired template to print the invoices. Follow the steps below to apply your own custom template for the EPOS invoices.
You need to start by creating a new company Identity. For instructions on how to do this please click here.
Now that you have created a new company identity you will now need to create a new channel/integration.
To do this you will need to go to:
'Settings > Integration Manager > + New Integration'
From doing this you should see a screen like this:
From these integration types you will need to select 'Internal' and then select 'Phone Order'. When you have done this you will then need to give the Integration a profile name and then add it to the rest of the integrations.
Once you have done this you will then need to assign the company identity you created earlier to this integration (This has been circled on the image below).
Note:That you will need to ensure that the integration is active and that it is set as a default (This is making sure that the buttons for these options are turned on (as seen in the image above)).
Now that you have created an integration and it is active, here is now where you can create and design your own personalised invoice template.
To create your listing you will need to go to:
'Settings > Warehouse Management > Invoice Templates > + New Invoice'
From following the above steps you will end up with a screen that looks like this:
At this screen you will need to select the company identity you created earlier and give the template a name. when selecting an invoice template dependent on what you would like, you can choose a baseline set up for how your invoices will look or you can go for one that is blank from the provided selection.
When you have clicked 'Save' you will then come to a screen like this:
When at this point you need to make sure that this template is set as default (this is the little tick box as seen on the above image). If you scroll down to the 'Template' section of the page you will then be able to customise and change the invoice template.
Note:You will need to use the provided tokens (located on the right hand side of the design view of the invoice template) this is because they are supported and recognised by StoreFeeder.
When formatting and editing the template you can quite simply preview the way it looks by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking 'Preview' (This has been circled on the image below).
Once you have finished and you are happy with the preview you can then press 'Save'.
You will notice that when printing an EPOS order now it will print it with the custom template you have set for it.
