Using a PIN to login on the App

The SF App allows you to use a PIN code for the day, allowing for quicker access after your initial login. Follow the steps below to set up and use your PIN.

Important Notes

• A PIN is valid for 12 hours only.
• Only one active PIN per device is allowed at any time.
• You must log in with your username and password first before setting a PIN.

Step 1: Log in as Normal

When starting your day:

1. Open the SF App.
2. Log in using your username and password.

Step 2: Set Your PIN

Once logged in:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Select “Set New PIN”.
3. Enter your chosen PIN and confirm it.

Your PIN is now active.

Step 3: Use Your PIN to Log In

For the next 12 hours:

• You can log in using your PIN instead of your username and password.

Step 4: After 12 Hours

• Your PIN will expire automatically after 12 hours.
• You will need to:
  1. Log in again with your username and password.
  2. Set a new PIN via Settings if you wish to continue using PIN login.

Tips

• Choose a PIN that is secure but easy to remember.
• Do not share your PIN with others.
• If your PIN expires or stops working, simply log in normally and create a new one.
