For multistock accounts this option is available under the 3 dot menu in the top right of the screen when picking a pickwave.
If the required quantity of a product is not physically available in the pickbin then this option can be used.
Enter how many you can pick and an updated pickwave will be regenerated if stock is available in other pickbins.
If the pickwave can be regenerated then the currently displayed pick may change as the new pick for original product could now be further on in the pickwave. This is due to the location order of the pickbins.
If stock cannot be found elsewhere then relevant orders will be removed from the pickwave due to not being able to fulfill them. This will be calculated using the most recent orders until the missing quantity is met.
User messages and emails are sent to admins identifying a problem has been raised.
To stop other pickwaves having the same issue the pickbin is marked with a warning. This will be removed when a stock take is performed on the product and pickbin and is either approved or rejected on the stock take approvals screen. A pickbin with a warning will now be the last place used when calculating new pickwaves until the stock take is completed.
The warning is displayed on the website product additional information page for the associated location.
The warning will be removed following a stock take being approved or rejected. From this point on pickwaves will use the pickbin as normal with its usual location order taken in to consideration.
