If an order is cancelled by a customer after it has been added to a pickwave, you will need to remove it. Orders can be removed from pickwaves in two ways.
Removing an Order from a pickwave via the Edit Pickwave Page
To do this, first go to the 'Picking' page (warehouse>picking), select the 'Open Pickwaves' tab on the left and then click on the 'Pickwave ID' of the pickwave containing the order you need to remove.
You will see the 'Edit Pickwave' screen. To edit the orders it contains, change the 'Group By Orders' button to 'Yes'.
You will now be able to edit the orders in the pickwave. Click 'Mark Order on Hold' to put an order on hold or click 'Remove Order' to take an order out of the pickwave.
Removing an Order From a Pickwave via the Edit Order Page
It is also possible to remove an order from a pickwave on the edit order page for that order.
Find the order you want to remove on the 'Manage Orders' page in StoreFeeder and click 'Edit' below the order number.
As the order has a status of 'Assigned' you will see the 'Remove From Pickwave' button in the top right of the order page.
Click this button to remove it from the pickwave. The order's status will be changed to 'Complete Ready To Pick'.
