The guide below is for creating products for unmapped listing where the product on the listing does not already exist in StoreFeeder. If the product already exists on StoreFeeder, you do not need to create it again, you can simply map the unmapped listing to the product that already exists. For more information on how to do this, please see the article here.

How to Create Products from Listings
Once you have completed the 'Order Processing' phase of your StoreFeeder setup, you will need to begin creating and mapping products from your listings. To begin this process, click on 'Listings' as shown below.
Step 1.
Select the channel that has the most of your products. To select your channel, click on the 'Channel' drop down box and select it from the list. The Shopify channel will be used as the example in this knowledgebase.
Step 2.
Your listings will be filtered to show only your selected channel's listings. You now need to create products from these listings. To do this, check the box next to 'Channel Identifier' to select all of your listings. Now that you have all of your listings selected, click the 'Create Products' button.
Your products will have been created from your selected channel's listings.
Step 3.
You will now need to check the listings for errors that occurred when creating your products. To do this, select the 'Errors' from the 'Mapping Status' drop down box.
Listings will only be given the mapping status 'Error' if an attempt has been made to map them previously.
Step 4.
After filtering you will see all your listings that experienced errors when trying to map to products. If you see nothing here then that's excellent news, all of your listings have been mapped successfully and you do not have to carry on reading this guide if you so wish.
If however, you see listings here then you will notice they are marked with a in the 'Mapping Status' column.
The first thing you will need to do is identify the issue; you can do so by scrolling over the icon as demonstrated below:
Now head on over to our 'Common Errors and Messages' knowledge base and see what you can do to fix the issues you've found.
Once you have corrected all of your errors, you are ready to map the listings from your other channels to your newly created products in StoreFeeder. The best way to do so is by using the 'Map All by SKU' feature.
