Bulk Stock Location Adjustments
You can adjust the stock locations for multiple products at once by uploading your product details in a spreadsheet.
If you do not have a spreadsheet template already, you can download a blank template for each of your warehouses by navigating to 'Warehouses'>'Stock Locations'>'Stock location Overview', and selecting 'Export Transfer Template' from the drop down box as shown below, and then clicking the 'Confirm' button. A window will appear asking you to select the location you would like to export a template for. Click the 'Create Export' button when you have made your selection, and save the spreadsheet to your computer/device.
To make a bulk stock location update with your exported template, you will first need to fill the template with the relevant data, keeping the fields the same.
To upload your spreadsheet and update your stock locations, click the 'Import Stock Locations' tab on the 'Stock Location Overview' page that should still be open. You will be presented with the following set of options:
File to Import: Click the 'Select File' button and choose the spreadsheet from your computer/device.
Import Type: Choose 'Update' to update your existing products, or 'create' to add new product locations into Storefeeder.
Continue on Error: If an error occurs during uploading, this switch will determine if data enters StoreFeeder anyway. Leave this option set to 'Off' if you are not sure.
Mappings: Use these to ensure each field on your spreadsheet is mapped to a field in StoreFeeder.
