Integrating with DHL Express

Before Starting

Register for DHL Express

Prior to creating an integration for DHL you need to open DHL Account and use it for registration with DHL Express XML Developer Services.

A DHL Account can be created here: http://www.dhl.com/en/express/shipping/open_account.html

DHL Express XML Developer Services can be registered for here: https://xmlportal.dhl.com/register (Requestor Account Number is the DHL Number created in previous step).

Once that's done, you will receive the credentials for the DHL XML Services by e-mail.

Requesting Access to DHL Express XML Developer Service

When filling out the registration form, in order for DHL to confirm you are our customer we need you to simply write the word "poplars" in the field below.

Step 1.

Open StoreFeeder; look to the top right of the page for 'Settings' then click 'Your Integrations'.

Step 2.

You will now see the 'Integration Manager' page and a list of all of your couriers. To integrate your DHL Express courier, click on 'Edit/View Integration' . If DHL Express does not already appear on this list then you will need to set up a new integration for it; you can do this by clicking the green button marked '+ New Integration' . Both options have been circled in the picture below:

Step 3.

If you are editing an already existing integration, you can skip this step.

If you are creating a new integration you will then be greeted by the following screens where you will need to pick the circled options.

You will then be asked to input a name for the integration and select which DHL Express Store you are selling through; you will also be asked if you wish to extend permissions to all users on your account. Once you have finished, click the '+Add Integration' to proceed.

Finally

Once you've created the integration you will be directed to the 'Integration Details' page for DHL Express. Under the Courier API Settings section enter your DHL Account Number, XML Services Site ID and Site Password.

Click the 'Save' button to complete the setup of the integration.
