Why you might need this
Occasionally, an eBay order may not appear in StoreFeeder automatically. This can happen if it was placed while a sync was interrupted, or if a channel was reconnected after a gap. When you contact StoreFeeder support to manually import the missing order, we'll ask you for the eBay Order ID so we can pull in the exact transaction.
How to find your eBay Order ID
Step 1: Go to eBay Seller Hub
Open your browser and navigate to ebay.co.uk/sh (or ebay.com/sh for international accounts). Sign in if prompted.
Step 2: Click the Orders tab
In the top navigation bar, click Orders.
Step 3: Select "All Orders"
In the Orders sub-navigation, make sure All Orders is selected (it's the default view). This shows every order regardless of status.
Step 4: Locate the order and copy its Order number
Find the order you need. In the Order number column on the left, you'll see a 12-digit number formatted like:
12-06193-84720
This is your eBay Order ID. Copy it ready to share with support.
Can't find the order? Try searching
If you have a lot of orders, use the search bar at the top of the All Orders page to narrow it down. You can search by:
- Buyer username to find all orders from a specific buyer
- Item number from your listing
- Date range to filter to a specific purchase window
What to tell StoreFeeder support
When you contact us to import a missing eBay order, the more detail you can provide the faster we can help:
- The eBay Order ID (the 12-digit number from the Order number column)
- The eBay channel name as it appears in StoreFeeder (e.g. "eBay UK", "eBay DE")
- The approximate order date
- The buyer's username or item title if you can't locate the Order ID
Note: The old method of combining an eBay Item ID and Transaction ID from the URL bar is no longer needed. eBay Seller Hub now shows a proper Order ID for every transaction directly in the orders list.
