Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime is increasingly gaining popularity. Within StoreFeeder, to manage Prime orders, it is necessary to establish an Amazon Buy Shipping integration, as Amazon mandates that labels for Prime orders must be purchased through their platform. The Amazon Buy Shipping integration will provide you with labels from Amazon Shipping, DPD, Evri, or Royal Mail, depending on which services you have enabled on Amazon. (There are additional courier options available; these are some of the most commonly used.)
To designate a listing as a Prime listing, simply modify the shipping template associated with the listing. If you manage your listings through StoreFeeder, this field is referred to as "Shipping Group Name." To download the shipping template, it is necessary to download a listing that already contains the template. By applying the template directly to one of your listings on Amazon and then re-downloading the listing, StoreFeeder will capture the template upon importing the listing.
We provide a comprehensive guide on integrating with Amazon Buy Shipping here.
Once the integration has been established, the next step is to adjust your shipping rules to ensure that new Prime orders are processed correctly. Prime orders are marked with a Prime flag, which can now be utilised within shipping rules. We recommend configuring your rules to incorporate this flag, facilitating the efficient identification and handling of Prime orders.
