To create a purchase order in StoreFeeder you need to go to "Products" > "Purchase Orders".
From here press the "New purchase order" button.
If the New Purchase Order button is greyed out, your user doesn’t have permission to create purchase orders. Ask an admin to grant it.
After pressing the button you should be greeted with a screen that looks like this.
From here we can begin the purchase order process
How do I select my supplier?
You can select your supplier by clicking the drop-down "Select Supplier" under the "Supplier Address" section.
This will take the information you have put against the supplier and populate all the below address lines and company names.
How do I select my delivery address?
You can select your delivery address by clicking the drop-down "Select warehouse" and pick the warehouse that you want it delivered to.
It will pull the address information from the settings you have put against the warehouse.
Adding products to the purchase order
To add products, scroll down to the Products section and use the filters to find the products you want.
To add a single product, enter a quantity in the Cartons or Units box and click Add line.
To add several products at once, tick the boxes on the left, enter the quantities, then click Add Selected Products.
Added products appear in the Ordered Products section below.
How do I send the purchase order?
Once you’ve finished your purchase order, click Save. You’ll stay on the purchase order page so you can keep making changes.
When you’re ready, click Send To Supplier at the top of the page. An email window will appear with your supplier’s details and an email template. You can edit this as you please and then hit send.
You can also send a draft purchase order from the Purchase Orders grid by clicking the Send Purchase Order link on the right-hand side
Once this is pressed an email box will appear containing your suppliers' information and a generic email template. You can edit this as you please and then hit send.
