In StoreFeeder we provide Purcahse order setting which you can set as defaults for your buiness to save you time.
Head into "Settings" and then "Warehouse Management" and then "Purchase Order Settings".
You will see the screen below:
We will run through what each of these option does so you can see if they are right for your business.
Work In Units Only
This will determine whether the purchase order and deliveries pages will show only the units columns.
Book In Stock To Complete Pending Orders Only
This tells StoreFeeder the method you wish to book in stock on the deliveries page, when you try to create a pickwave from a delivery. Turning this option on will set the system to only allocate the booked in stock to orders which can be completely fulfilled, which may not neccessarily be the oldest orders. Leaving this option off will just allocate the stock to oldest orders and then create a pickwave if possible.
Automatically Work Out Delivery Costs
This setting determines whether delivery costs for purchase orders or drop shipments are automatically calculated based on the settings against the manufacturer.
Highlight New Products on Booking In
When booking in deliveries via the App, this will cause the system to highlight new products for quality control.
Requisitions Round Up to Cartons
When this option is checked, the products in the order will be automatically rounded to full cartons
