When we get technical issues with StoreFeeder or any of the many connected API's, marketplaces, e-commerce platforms or carriers, we will endeavor to raise this as an incident on our status page as soon as possible.
Before contacting Support Team, please check the status page for the latest status and you may well see the issue is identified and in the process of being corrected.

You will get an overview of how the system is working and be able to see the status of any identified issues.
Issues will be reported in the following sequence:
Investigating - A little more information about the issue and letting you know we are aware and looking into the causes.
Identified - The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
Resolved - This incident has been resolved.
