There have been intermittent connection issues with the OBA API since Royal Mail completed maintenance work to the API in February 2022.
Royal Mail are aware of the issue and they are working to stabilise their API connection.
However, the result of these ongoing connection issues is that manifests from third-party software, such as StoreFeeder, are occasionally failing to complete and giving an error similar to the one below:
When this happens we suggest waiting 5-10 minutes and attempting the manifest the orders again.
Royal Mail has an automated process for cancelling duplications in the unlikely event they occur but we would suggest checking the sales orders created on OBA as a precaution.
This error is intermittent and is beyond the control of StoreFeeder.
